Back to the land of the living! 90% better...just a cough. I can live with that! One thing I just discovered (thank you Whole Living!) is what adding a few spices to my staple morning drink can do for flavor and health benefits!
I always drink hot water with lemon and honey in the morning, but little did I know how wonderful it would be just by adding some tumeric, ginger and cayenne! Wow! Not only does it taste yummy, it's a perfect way to get the health benefits of 3 great spices. My new and improved morning drink for sure.
I just love finding new, simple recipes that I will always go back to time and time again.
I was so happy to feel healthy again today that I treated myself to a special breakfast. Every day my breakfast is whey protein in rice milk. But today it was a yummy vegetable omelet!
You see I was celebrating completing the packaging up this pretty box of Valentines to be sent off to Tammy . Perhaps my only Valentine crafting for this season...
