After going out to eat 3 different times in 2 days (to celebrate my birthday), it was definitely time to have a healthy dinner at home!
And I just LOVE swiss chard, so it was perfect timing to come across this recipe ! It took me no time at all because I used canned black-eyed peas.
It is flavorful, healthy and guilt-free! (or as guilt-free as you can get after fettucine alfredo the day before!)
